Our process is as follows:

1. Parts are hung on a conveyor
2. Parts are then run through a 5 stage automated wash consisting of:
   1. Alkaline
   2. Rinse
   3. Phosphate
   4. Rinse
   5. Reverse Osmosis Rinse
   Our wash system is checked regularly to ensure pre-treatment is top quality
3. Parts are put through a drying oven
4. Parts are prepared to be painted based on your specified needs
5. Parts are hand coated inside our booth by an experienced coater
6. Parts are cured

If requested we can label and stencil part numbers directly onto every piece.

Proficient Packaging is also available.

Picked up at your door and delivered back free of charge on large orders.
